Denver Public Health and Denver Department of Public Health and Environment collaboratively produce a health assessment every three to five years. Health assessments are designed to provide a comprehensive and clear understanding of the health status of Denver residents. Public health and community stakeholders partner with communities and use that information to identify and implement strategies that improve the well-being of all residents.
