Zoom is fairly intuitive, however, If you are unfamiliar with Zoom and you want a short tutorial on how it works – this quick video is very helpful:

ASKING QUESTIONS & INTERACTING WITH PRESENTERS: This particular software allows you to ask questions and interact with the presentation team – IF YOUR COMPUTER HAS A MICROPHONE. If not there is a chat feature where you can type questions. For the base presentation we will have you muted anyway. At some point we will open it up for questions and tell you that the audio connection has been activated. If your computer has a camera, the presenters and others on the webinar will be able to see you and you them. If not, there will be a blank tile with your name on it.
