Managing Effective Coalitions Community of Practice (through June 2020) - Come chat once a month with colleagues who are managing, leading, or supporting coalitions in their community. We will explore successes, challenges, ideas, and solutions for building effective coalitions that create and sustain lasting change.

Community Engagement & Coalition Building Workshop (Nov. 18, 2019) - 
How are you managing and sustaining community participation in your work? Topics covered in this in-person workshop include recruiting community members, conducting a stakeholder analysis, meeting planning and design to encourage participation and retention, and decision-making strategies that seek maximum involvement of stakeholders.

Authentic Engagement of Young People (Dec. 5, 2019) - In this webinar we will explore the benefits of engaging young people, introducing ideas of sharing power, and what that looks like. We will also discuss adultism and how to avoid the common errors that lead to ineffective engagement.

Influencing Change Workshop (Dec. 5, 2019) -  In this in-person training, participants will delve into the "how" of bringing about change - namely through identifying the decision makers who can make the change and how to influence those decision makers through an understanding of change management, communication strategies, and power-building tactics.

Facilitating Decision Making Virtual Workshop (Dec. 11, 2019) - Learn the foundational skills needed to effectively engage stakeholders and bring about change. This virtual workshop will feature a blend of instruction and practice work in small breakouts.
