Applications are being accepted for the Nita M. Lowey 21st Community Learning Centers (CCLC) grant, a three-year, $5.75 million grant to help establish or expand community learning centers that provide students with academic enrichment opportunities, along with activities designed to complement the students’ regular school day. Priority will be given to those programs serving students who attend high-poverty, low-performing schools.
The 21st CCLC programs provide students with a broad array of activities during non-school hours or periods when school is not in session (such as before and after school, holidays, weekends, fifth day programming for schools/districts with a four-day school week, or during summer recess).
Applications are due Wednesday, April 14, by 11:59 p.m. For additional information and to access the application, please visit the 21st CCLC website
