All conference activities will be held at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Florida. There are five hotel options to fit your needs. The conference hotel rate is guaranteed until February 15, 2020, but rooms may sell out before then, so don't delay!
Want to network and talk with fellow attendees who care about the same topics as you? Here’s your chance! Join a Lifesavers Peer Exchange, a small discussion group (up to 13 people) facilitated by a subject matter expert. Topics span many of the Lifesavers tracks and other subject areas as well. To join a discussion group, you must sign up in Tampa when you pick up your registration materials on Saturday or Sunday.
Preconference Trainings
Several preconference trainings will be held on Saturday, March 14. More may be added, so be sure to check the website for updates.
Reduced Registration Rate
Lifesavers is offering a reduced registration fee of $100 for up to 150 qualified applicants demonstrating a clear financial need. Details available on the website registration page.

$350 – Early Bird (until January 10)
$400 – Regular (January 11 – February 21)
$500 – Late (February 22 – March 15)
$100 – Students* (full-time high school/college)
$100 – Needs Based

APPLICATION TO EXHIBIT
Network with the nearly 2,000 highway safety professionals expected to attend! Exhibit fees:
For Profit – $1,200 per 10' x 10' booth
Non-Profit – $600 per 10' x 10' booth (Associations and Consumer Groups only)
Additional Booth Personnel – $250 for first additional person, $350 for all additional people
