Resource: Support for Colorado Educators


The University of Colorado, Department of Psychiatry is providing a variety of mental health and support services to Colorado educators free of charge. On the site, users will find resources to help Colorado's educational workforce process the last year, plan for the coming year and feel supported through the process. Some services offered through the site include:

  • Well-being support line for confidential venting, validation, problem solving and supportive resource.
  • Online-support Program to learn more about stress, trauma and depression, and strategies and tools to help overcome these challenges. 
  • Individual and Group support services that offer individual support sessions, psycho-educational groups, school-based workshops & more.
  • Ask-a-therapist line to help speak directly with a member of the child/adolescent team to help navigate behaviors and mental health in the classroom.
