Transformative Alliances LLC is looking for prospective team members to fill two distinct positions: Technical Assistant and Facilitator. Applicants are welcome to apply for one or both positions.
We work with people and organizations to better accomplish their missions, live their values, and have an intentional impact through anti-oppression and equity consulting. As part of our work, we have partnered closely with The Colorado Trust, a health equity foundation. Both the Technical Assistant and Facilitator will be working with us in our implementation of The Colorado Trust program known as Community Leaders in Health Equity (CLHE).

Invitation to Apply and Participate: 18-Month Health Equity Curriculum

We invite interested organizations and community groups to apply for the Community Leaders in Health Equity (CLHE) program! It’s an 18-month intensive, coordinated equity and health equity curriculum that is devised & conducted by Transformative Alliances LLC and funded & organized by The Colorado Trust.
Prospective grantees will be responsible for recruiting and supporting 12-14 participants with strong community ties and an existing interest in equity to join the CLHE program (in addition to 2 organizational representatives). The program includes multi-day convenings, workshops, ongoing project work, and more, and focuses on the connection between anti-oppression principles and health (in)equity. There is a concentration on racism, classism, sexism, nationalism, and language oppression, and the program is designed to give participants a set of tools to be able to better apply and act upon what they learn. Seven (7) organizations from across the state of Colorado will ultimately be chosen to participate.
